Clinical Supervision
Melissa has provided clinical supervision to LGSWs, LGPCs and interns for the past 7 years by coaching and assisting them in obtaining their independent licensure. She is a registered clinical supervisor in Maryland and would love to help you meet your clinical supervision goals.
During our supervision sessions we:
- Discuss and provide guidance on your current caseload.
- Identify and explore which theoretical approach you can use with which types of clients.
- Learn about your own biases and triggers.
- Discuss and address transference and countertransference.
- Map out your licensure process and set career goals.
Supervision can be provided to individuals or agencies, including individual or group supervision services onsite.
Fees
Individual Supervision Sessions: $80 per hour
Corporate Onsite Supervision Services:
Your company can hire our Clinical Supervisor to come onsite and provide individual or group clinical supervision to your staff.
-Fees will be negotiated.
* Plus travel fee if needed.
